Looks promising, but how can you select your preferred language? It is in German by default, but what about French? Italian…?

Where is the option to have this app display text in English?
Forgive me if I sound incredibly ignorant, but according to this apps page, it is available in English. Yet I do not see any option in the app that displays the text in English.
